We had to do a better job at assigning jobs. This took a long time so we didn't get to work very long because we have short schedule periods on Fridays.
On Friday we added more wood chips to soggy areas.
We also weeded and raked a couple beds.
Some corn got collected also.

Mr Hoover planted a winter crop in his garden and students helped him plant the seeds such as Sninach, alaskan peas, radishes, carrots, arugula.
Our bounty continues to grow! |
Fidel hauling wood chips so dry out soggy places |
Today we removed a lot of plants that went to seed. We harvested 10 ears of corn also! We also moved 10 wheelbarrows full of wood chips and recovered some pumpkins that people took from the vines.
It was such a nice day that people actually got sweaty and a little tired towards the end.

OVERALL:
The Garden Got vandalized a little bit losing some corn and other vegetables. The garden is also very muddy and our new focus will be to clean up the garden, get it weeded and de-seeded and to respread with wood chips.
We also need to get signs finished and installed because of the repeated vandalism to the food products.
