Spring 2012 B Day Gardeners Signing off for the year

Its been a great spring semester in the garden with the Bday Kids:

Our B Day Team:
Amaya, Kamorah, Kondalia, Jeffrey, Wyatt, Jeremy, Justin, Alex, Dalante, Russell, Patrick, Dakhota, and MR. Iverson.

Our favorite memory: The Pizza Party in the Teachers Louge

Our Greatest accomplishment: THIS BLOG!!!!!!!! and filling up the beds, planting the giving garden, harvesting food for shelters

Our biggest challenge: the weather! rain, cold

We want to thank all the people that respect the garden, use the garden and help us keep the garden clean and nice.

We especially want to thank Dakhota Gray for all his help and being our big brother from SOTA.

Happy summer!

SAMI A.N.A. Group Helps out in the garden

Pulling weeds is a never ending battle
A group of 14 SAMI Adventures and Applications Students came up and joined us in the garden for a rush of service and help! They pulled weeds with us, picked up litter, harvested food for the food bank, and moved wood chips for our new gate pathways.

Harvesting some garlic chives!

Look at the bounty of lettuce peas and garlic chives for the Family Renewal Shelter
