The Secret Garden: A Movie Review

The weather has been absolutely horrible lately and B Day decided to spend some quality time together watching and old classic: "The Secret Garden."

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0108071/

This movie was about a girl who's parents die gets shipped off to England to live in a huge mansion with a mean Chambermaid Ms. Madlock. She eventually meets her sickly cousin Collin and a few other characters. She also discovers a garden and through apparently magical powers not only cures Collin, teaches him how to walk, restores the garden and gets the absent and mentally depressed father to return from France to finally love life and his family again.

The Secret Garden Poster

Kamorah: It was awesome...5 stars

Russell: One of the best classics I've ever watched

Dalante: I think Mary should marry Dicken someday.

Everyone: Collin is a brat.

Mr. I: Its so nice that all the rich people ended up happy (sarcastic). All the servants continue on with their sad depressing existance.

Jeremy: I guess gardens can change people.

So...that's the review. BUT...the movie was weird and kind of boring and we ended up making it fun by adding our own comments. Like pretending that all the characters were somehow involved in a Vampire movie. It had a lot of vampire like scenes. We also realized there were a lot of Harry Potter actors in it like Hermoine and Professor McGonagul (spelling?). Also the fact that Collin wanted to marry his cousin was especially akward for us to handle.
